1. I saw this really interesting book! I MUST HAVE IT, BUT HOW?

That sounds really cool! Let me guide you to get that awesome book.
Step 1 : Click on the book to view more, then click ‘Add to Cart’.
Step 2 : After that, you can either ‘View your cart’ or ‘Continue shopping’.
Step 3 : Once you’ve finished browsing the store, click on the little shopping bag icon in the top right.
Step 4 : Double-check your purchases, then click ‘Checkout’.

Fill in your information correctly, and we’ll send you a confirmation email!

2. How do I know if the item is available?

If the item is no longer available, it will display an ‘Out of Stock’ notice. Get in touch with jane@mebooks.asia if you’re interested in an unavailable book!

3. I can’t fight this feeling… But I really want a book and I can’t find it anywhere!

No worries, partner! We’re ready to help. All you need to do is follow these steps:

(a) Fill in the required details in this Book Request Form [hyperlink], and we'll get back to you with the lowest price we’ve got. Do keep a lookout for our email!

(b) If you’re good to go, kindly proceed with payment via bank transfer (Superheroes Venture International Sdn. Bhd. CIMB 8008390514), and we will process your order immediately.

It will take approximately 4-6 weeks upon confirmation of order to arrive at your doorstep, as our books are from from the United Kingdom and United States.

REFUND POLICY

My heart is torn into pieces because I received a torn book.

We’re so sorry for your loss. We have a 3-day period for refunds once your item has reached you. In the case that your book has arrived beyond repair, we will refund you in store credits based on how much you’ve paid.

 You can return your book by
  1. We will collect it from you
  2. Posting it back to us,
  3. Visiting our office to give it back personally, or
 
Step 1. Email jane@mebooks.asia with your order number, item name, and your reason for returning your item.
Step 2. Fill-out the Return Item Form [hyperlink].
Step 3. Select your method of returning the book.
